The warranty is valid from the date of receipt/purchase of the compressor.
The customer may only claim the warranty by presenting a completed warranty card or invoice (valid for service) at our company headquarters in Prague.
All warranty and post-warranty service is performed exclusively at our company headquarters in Prague.
Delivery Terms
For ASTRA Atom, 160, V3, V32, and V32-Stabil portable compressors, the standard delivery time is approximately 2 weeks, depending on the compressor’s configuration. Delivery takes place at our company headquarters, including training for compressor operation.
Payment Terms
Payment in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon pickup of the compressor.
We also accept payment cards.
Other
A CE Declaration of Conformity is issued for all compressor types in accordance with Section 13 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., as amended by Act No. 71/2000 Coll., and Government Regulations of the Czech Republic Nos. 168/97 Coll., 169/97 Coll., and 170/97 Coll.
The outlet pressure can be adjusted from 220 bar to 330 bar (22 MPa to 33 MPa), according to the customer’s request.
